• Advanced filters: you can now choose AND or OR when adding a condition, and switching between simple and advanced filter modes is safer — your existing conditions are kept • Creating a shelter now requires a real address chosen from suggestions, and the new shelter's geofence is centered on that address instead of a default location • Email addresses are checked for a valid format during signup • No more false "ShelterLuv rejected your API key" warnings: a block by ShelterLuv's firewall is no longer mistaken for a bad key, and any warning recorded that way is cleared • ShelterLuv syncs are faster and more reliable, so large shelters (thousands of animals) finish their hourly sync, and syncs are spaced out through the hour to avoid being blocked • Fixed the double-underlined text on the "get the app" banner • Maintainer-only Feedback Submissions and Generate Demo Data screens moved to the staff site; everyone can still send feedback from the app as before

About
Shelter Partner is an cross platform app built for animal shelters and rescues that replaces paper volunteer logs with real-time, accurate information about the dogs and cats in their care. Mount it on a wall-shared iPad or hand it to volunteers on their own devices, and give everyone instant visibility into which animals need a walk, a play session, or a little extra enrichment today. WHY SHELTERS LOVE IT • Replace clipboards and paper sign-out sheets with a live digital log • Give volunteers a simple way to see which animals haven't been let out • Capture enrichment notes, behavior observations, and photos in seconds • Reduce staff time spent answering "which dogs still need a walk?" ENRICHMENT TAB FOR VOLUNTEERS Browse every adoptable dog and cat as an easy-to-scan card with photo, kennel location, and recent notes. Tap an animal card to take an animal out or put it back, log an enrichment activity, and see at a glance which animals have been waiting longest. Friendly interface for new or younger volunteers, and bulk actions let experienced volunteers or staff modify multiple animals at once. VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT FOR STAFF Invite, track, and manage your volunteer roster, sync with Better Impact, and set custom rules per volunteer — georestriction so check-ins only happen on-site, minimum visit durations, required fields, custom intake forms, and photo uploads. Shelter Stats show exactly how long it's been since each animal was last taken out, so no dog or cat falls through the cracks. VISITOR KIOSK MODE Turn a spare iPad into a friendly adoption kiosk. The Visitor Tab shows adoptable dogs and cats with photos, temperament, age, and notes, plus a full-screen slideshow mode for lobbies and events — helping visitors fall in love with their next pet while they wait. BUILT-IN AI ASSISTANT An optional AI chat assistant can answer visitor and volunteer questions about available animals using your shelter's live data, making it even easier for guests to find the right match. CONNECTS TO YOUR EXISTING SOFTWARE Shelter Partner syncs directly with ShelterLuv, with more shelter management system integrations on the way, so your animal data stays accurate without double data entry. WHO IT'S FOR Animal shelters, humane societies, SPCAs, rescues, and foster-based nonprofits looking to modernize volunteer operations, improve animal enrichment tracking, and give every dog and cat the attention it deserves. Shelter Partner is built by and for the animal welfare community. Have feedback or need help getting your shelter set up?
