The app reads existing wrist temperature values from Apple Health; it does not measure body temperature by itself. Before you start - You need an Apple Watch that supports wrist temperature sensing. - Wear it while sleeping. Track Sleep with Apple Watch and Sleep Focus need to be active for at least 4 hours per night. - After setup or pairing, establishing a baseline usually takes about 5 nights. - Allow the app to read wrist temperature from Health. If Health has no samples, the app cannot show any values.
