The inductions have been updated, classic and new. Choose any of the six before a journey: - Short, Long and Sleep: the original inductions, back again - Beach: a calm walk along the shore - Speed: a fast way in - Staircase: counting down step by step The Wake and Sleep endings and the spoken instructions have been updated too. If you had chosen Short, Long, Sleep or Deep Sleep, you now start on the matching original. Every part of a session now plays at the same volume, with no jump between the induction and the journey. Start with Inner Wisdom, a full introductory journey that plays offline. Already have the app? The Astral Projection journey stays yours, exactly as before. New listeners can add it on its own or with Unlock All. Everything you bought is still yours: tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
