The Veterans Crisis Line has been added (dial 988 then press 1, or text 838255). Every number and link in the app was re-checked against its source. FASTER TO HELP Both crisis numbers now sit at the top of the home screen, one tap from opening the app. Every phone number in the guidance is tappable. READABLE The Stress Continuum Model and the stress zone definitions used to be pictures of tables. They are real text now, so they scale with your chosen text size, can be selected and copied, and are read aloud correctly by VoiceOver. Dark mode, and a new look throughout. NOTHING IS COLLECTED No ads, no analytics, no crash reporting, no account, no tracking. Nothing you read in this app leaves your device.
