My Patients is a support app for doctors and healthcare professionals to organize patient records, consultations, and clinical documents in a practical and secure way. It helps you keep essential patient information, consultation history, photos, and generated PDFs always available, with synchronization between iPhone and iPad using the same account. You can store: profile photo and patient photos name, sex, marital status, and birth date age, weight, height, and blood type ID or tax document guardian, address, city, and profession phone numbers and email medications, surgeries, diseases, allergies, physical activities, family history, and notes For each consultation, you can record: date and time chief complaint diagnosis clinical evolution treatment care plan and guidance ICD code requested exams and results prescribed medication and dosage notes photos and exam images The app also lets you: generate prescription PDFs generate controlled prescription PDFs generate medical certificate PDFs share the patient record export data as CSV add future consultations to the device calendar
