Thanks for learning Arabic with us! This update puts your streak where you can't miss it. 1. NEW: the Daily Streak widget for your Home Screen and Lock Screen. It shows how many days in a row you have practiced and whether today counts yet. Tap it to practice today's letter. A small flame with big expectations. 2. Your current streak comes along for the ride. No need to start over. 3. The Letter of the Day widgets now take on your Home Screen's tint, and they stay neat even with very large text. 4. FIXED: touch and hold the app icon, pick Learn, Write, Quiz or Rate App, and you land right there. Before, those shortcuts just opened the app and shrugged. Same deal as always: no ads, no in-app purchases, just 28 letters and you. Ideas or questions? Leave a rating or a review. We read every one, even the ones as short as ا.

About
It's never too late to expand your horizons, challenge yourself, and bridge the gap to another culture with Arabic Alphabet! Arabic Alphabet teaches you the foundations of Arabic in a fun and unique way. For each of the 28 letters you can: • See it in great detail. • Hear the proper pronunciation of its sound. • Hear the proper pronunciation of its name. • See and hear a common Arabic word that begins with that letter. LEARN, WRITE, AND PRACTICE • Learn: swipe through beautiful letter cards, or browse the full alphabet grid and tap any letter to jump to it. • Write: "finger-write" on the screen and trace each letter to memorize and perfect its strokes. Print a practice sheet for any letter to keep practicing on paper. • Quiz: put everything you've learned to the test. Play Sprint (60 seconds, as many correct answers as you can) or Survival (no timer, but one wrong answer ends the game). Choose letters, pictures, or a mix of both, and review the letters you missed. ON YOUR WRIST • Apple Watch: flip through flash cards for all 28 letters, hear each one, and play Sprint or Survival quizzes right from your wrist. • Letter of the Day: widgets for your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and watch face show a new letter every day. Tap it to learn it. STAY ON TRACK • Build a daily streak and watch your progress grow. • Daily Streak widget: keep your run on your Home Screen or Lock Screen and see at a glance whether today counts. • Set a daily reminder at the time that suits you. • Beat your best scores in each quiz mode. Everything is included with your download. There are no in-app purchases, and the app works fully offline. Arabic Alphabet is not only fun, but also accurate, because it was developed by a native Arabic speaker, and all audio samples were recorded by a college professor of Arabic. The app is available in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left support. "I was born and raised in Morocco with Arabic as my language of origin. When I moved to America, I wanted to be sure that I didn't lose my identity and my culture. After my first son was born, this became even more important to me as I want him to understand the importance of his heritage. I developed Arabic Alphabet so that adults and children alike could have a fun way to accurately learn the foundations of the language. I hope you enjoy it!" (from the developer) With a little practice, you'll learn to recognize and write the Arabic alphabet in no time!
