About
WhiteShield enables you to estimate the noise level in your environment, calculate the level of microphone suppression, and produce audio interference of a needed volume to prevent recording conversations on a phone. The application includes a "Faraday cage" mode, exclusively designed for incorporation with shielding devices. Warning, this app generates high volume noise! Do not use it with headphones. ‣ Intuitive and user-friendly interface; ‣ Unifies a decibel meter and white noise generator in a single application; ‣ Ideally suited for use with shielding boxes or cases; ‣ Effectively counters unauthorized conversation recordings; ‣ Minimizes the possibility of extracting useful signals (speech) from recording. What's New: - Microphone suppression level estimate added; - Interface has been refreshed; - Bug fixes.
