Flare is a layered raster image editor for iPhone and iPad. • Layers, groups, blend modes, layer masks and vector masks, layer styles, smart objects, fill and adjustment layers. • Selections: marquee, lasso, magnetic lasso, magic wand, colour range, subject selection on device, refine edge. • Painting and retouching with Apple Pencil pressure and tilt: brush, pencil, airbrush, eraser, clone stamp, healing, patch, dodge, burn, smudge. • Adjustments: Levels, Curves, Hue/Saturation, Color Balance, Selective Color, White Balance and more — as commands or as adjustment layers. • Over a hundred filters: blur gallery, sharpen and deblur, denoise, distort, Liquify, render, stylize, lens correction. • Colour modes RGB, CMYK, Lab, Grayscale, Indexed and Bitmap; 8 and 16 bits per channel; ICC profiles. • Camera Raw: develop raw photographs and bring them in at 16 bit. • Opens and saves layered TIFF and PSD / PSB; exports PNG, JPEG, HEIC, WebP, JPEG XL, PDF and more. • Shortcuts and Siri: every editing operation is an App Intent.
