StrengthPals is the social strength training app. Track every rep, get a score for your strength, and compete with your friends. Think of it as the Strava for lifters. KNOW YOUR STRENGTH • SP Score gives your total strength one number, 100 to 700, built from six movement patterns and normalized to your body • Watch your score climb, rank up through tiers, and see exactly which lifts move it TRACK WITHOUT THE FRICTION • Log sets with your voice. Say "bench, 3 sets of 10 at 185" and it's in your log • Real-time indicators show green when you beat last session and flag PRs the second you hit them • Plate calculator loads the bar for you, and Build mode works backwards from the plates you have • Custom lifting keyboard and automatic rest timer keep you moving TRAIN THE RIGHT AMOUNT • Muscle readiness map shows what's fresh, what's recovering, and what's overdue • Recovery score from your HRV, sleep, and resting heart rate • Training load tracked against your baseline so you know when to push and when to back off LIFT WITH YOUR PEOPLE • Join squads, post workouts to the feed, and climb player and squad leaderboards • Weekly volume challenges, you against your squad and your squad against everyone • See who's training live, send praise, or nudge whoever's been "resting" for a month • Team up on squad lift goals and move mountains together, literally A PROFILE WORTH FLEXING • Your history, records, streaks, and score on one page of bragging rights StrengthPals will automatically charge your iTunes Account at the end of your subscription or intro trial period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of your current period. Subscriptions renew at the original price. You can turn off auto-renew at any time and still receive full functionality until the end of your current period, but no refund can be provided for unused portions of the subscription. Any unused portion of an intro trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
