The 4Teens app, by nonprofit Wellify Teen and Resiliens, empowers teens to manage their mental health between therapy appointments or self-care on their own for mild to moderate symptoms. Four digital therapeutic apps guide teens to learn and practice the same therapies used by therapists, including DBT, CBT), ACT, and Motivational Interview. A 20-minute “quick screener” helps identify any red flags of a more serious mental health condition. 4Teens gives teens the power to take charge of their mental health support, 24/7.
