It is a helpful guide, never a strict schedule or medical advice. A CLEAR TIMELINE Bring sleep, feedings, diaper changes, and other activities together in one visual history. See today at a glance, compare recent days, filter activities, and explore your full history. TRACK EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS • Breastfeeding: time each feeding and remember the last side. • Bottle feeding: record expressed milk or formula and amounts. • Sleep: track naps, nighttime sleep, and active sleep timers. • Diaper changes: record wet, dirty, and mixed diapers. • Pumping: track duration, amount, and side. • Food and drinks: log complementary foods and liquids. • Strolls: track when you go out and for how long. • Health: record temperature, medicines, vitamins, allergies, and notes. • Growth: follow height, weight, and developmental skills. • Other activities: create flexible records for the moments unique to your family.
