Mentor Connect - Compatibility

About

Mentor Connect is a revolutionary B2B mentoring platform grounded in science. Precision-matching utilizes a blend of research-based and customized questions unique to each mentoring program. Mentors and Mentees work together to identify, track and achieve goals. Scheduling meetings and communication within the platform makes it easy for mentors and mentees to meet virtually or in person to achieve success. Mentor Connect’s matching methodology supports diversity, equity and inclusion by matching people on areas of unique similarities and differences. Mentor Connect is designed to support professional and/or academic and personal growth. When we feel as if even one person cares about our success, we are more likely to persist.
