About
kGoal is an interactive Kegel training system (device + app) that offers a unique combination of workout guidance, exercise tracking, biofeedback and games to help you get more out of your pelvic floor exercise and do it more consistently. Biofeedback: Seeing real-time biofeedback as you exercise promotes good technique and results. Makes Kegels fun: Exercising is more engaging if you turn it into a game. Guided Workouts: Take the guess-work out of Kegels; follow along with adaptive games and workouts. See Your Progress: Exercise is much more fulfilling when you can measure progress over time. The app is free to download and includes the above features for free. The app also offers auto-renewing subscriptions for our kGoal+ premium features and content, including Background Workouts (do workouts with the kGoal app in the background on your phone) as well as enhanced Workout Analysis. When subscribing to our kGoal+ plans, payment will be charged by Apple to your Apple ID account following any trial period.
