Use The Livy Method app to: - Journal your morning routine by logging your weight, sleep quality, setting your intentions for the day and watching the daily check-in video. - Throughout the day, journal your food choices by checking off the components of each meal, keep track of your fluids, and any daily movement. - In the evening, use your journal to reflect on your day and set your goals for the next. - Use the app to connect with the larger Livy Method Facebook group and community using the easy-to-follow guides. - You can also set reminders to track the habits most important to your weight loss journey to help make the process more individual to your needs.
