Approach alerts look ahead along your track and your climb/descent, so a TMA you're climbing into won't catch you out. • Know what to do — each alert shows the entry requirement at a glance (e.g. "Two-way radio contact required", "Clearance required", "Transponder mandatory") plus MOA/Restricted activity times where available. • Less noise — alerts stay quiet during taxi, take-off and on arrival into your destination, and you choose which airspace types alert you (Controlled, Restricted/Prohibited/Danger, Military, TMZ/RMZ). • Smart Airspace — optionally fade out airspace that's far from your altitude so the map shows what's relevant to you right now. • All airspace controls — display, alerts and Smart Airspace — now live together under Map Layers → Airspaces.
