Smart HR is an indispensable tool for HR; it is reliable yet affordable application not just for an HR Manager, but for each employee in the organization. Employees can do all attendance records via smartHR App also attendance maybe based on GPS work location Employees can communicate easy together by SmartHR App "Smart HR assists in managing the organizations' most important asset - its Human Resource" Sometimes app accesses the employee location in the background (only if the subscribed organization requests this feature) and only during the company’s official working hours , in order to ensure the employee’s presence within the organization's scope of work. Once the employee ends working time , the application stops accessing the employee’s location. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
