About
[Relax Eyes]: Use the 20-20-20 rule, a scientific method to relieve eye strain As an internet industry worker, I stare at screens for over 10 hours every day. To find a better way to relieve eye fatigue, I learned about the 20-20-20 rule. To easily remind myself to rest my eyes, this app was born. If you have the same need, I hope this app can help you too. Every 20 minutes of work, look 20 feet (about 6 meters) into the distance for 20 seconds to effectively reduce eye strain. The [Relax Eyes] app follows this principle, reminding you to take timed breaks to protect your eye health. App Features: Customize work time & rest time Timed notification reminders Customize number of cycles Supports Dynamic Island Supports desktop & lock screen widgets Supports Apple Watch Multiple notification sounds Join our community: Join the QQ group (171236585) to share your feedback and suggestions, helping make "Relax Eyes" even better.
