All Gravy

About

All Gravy is the employee app you use to stay connected with your colleagues, read handbooks, give feedback, and keep track of your shifts and earnings. No more shuffling between multiple apps just to get a shift and learn how to brew a cup of coffee at your new gig. We even let you withdraw your salary as soon as you have finished your shift. You’ve earned it, why should you have to wait a month to get it? Make pay-day transparent and flexible Cover your bills, crush your goals - the rest of your money is worry-free. You don’t need a spreadsheet to know how much you’re gonna get paid. We’ve got your back. You always have a full overview of your earnings. Say goodbye to first day anxiety Become an expert at your new job before you even start. All Gravy comes with built-in onboarding and handbooks designed specifically for you, your job, and the location you work at. Read the handbooks, mark them as read, and keep track of your progress. Stay connected with your colleagues The chat and newsfeed lets you stay connected with your colleagues, across all your locations. Create a community, share news, arrange shifts, coordinate work, share knowledge, or maybe just shoot the breeze using the integrated chat. Give feedback Let your employer know how you’re doing by answering short pulse surveys or more in-depth surveys. Or use the Whistleblower function to anonymously report incidents and issues your experience in the workplace. About All Gravy All Gravy helps employers attract, motivate, and retain employees without needing multiple apps. We’re on a mission to make it fun and rewarding to work in service jobs (restaurants & retail), by providing an employee app the employees actually use - at their fingertips, playful, and ensuring they have everything they need from their first day till the day they leave. Think digital handbooks, social feeds, training, and a modern way of getting paid (when you need it) all in one.
