The Nurture by Women's Health Connecticut app will help you stay on top of your health throughout pregnancy and your baby’s first 2 years, with personalized support for your parenting journey. Use this app to: - Get notifications about important health to dos, appointments, and more. - Learn about signs and symptoms to watch out for. - Track your weight gain, baby’s diapers, and more. - Watch videos about your baby’s weekly development. - Find local resources and learn about programs you may be eligible for. - Create a list of questions for your doctor. - Relax and reset with a breathing timer. This app is designed to help keep you and your baby healthy throughout pregnancy and beyond.
