Nmic SepsisToolkit helps healthcare professionals record vital signs to detect the risk of sepsis or serious infection. Heart and respiratory rates are measured instantaneously simply by tapping. Capillary refill time, validated for children, is recorded by hold - release - and tap, mirroring the physical test. Temperature and systolic pressure (for anyone over 12 years) are entered digitally. Traffic light colours show the risk of sepsis for each measurement, age specific.
