About
Electrical Dictionary Offline explains more than 3,700 terms of electrical and electronic engineering, and works without an internet connection. Circuits, machines, power systems, measurement and electronics, with units and symbols: for apprentices, students and practising electricians. LOOK UP • 3,700+ entries in alphabetical order • Tap any linked term inside an entry to open it • Search that forgives spelling mistakes, accents and punctuation, and can also search inside the entries • Hear the headword read aloud (American or British voice) • Bookmarks and history LEARN • Flashcards with spaced repetition: what you find hard comes back sooner • Multiple-choice quiz • Ready-made decks to start with, or study your own bookmarks • Word of the day, with an optional morning notification COMFORTABLE • Works offline: everything is on your device • Light and dark mode, three text sizes • iPhone and iPad The app is free and shows ads. A one-time purchase removes them. The definitions are short explanations for study and general information. They do not replace the codes, standards, manuals and safety rules that apply to your work.
