Touch Me can generate hundreds of thousands of combinations of workout videos to fit exactly what you need. We support 24 different muscle groups so you can get very specific in what you wish to train and mix-and-match accordingly. Simply tap the muscles you want to shape, select how long you wish to workout for, and Touch Me will generate a unique custom video workout for you on the fly. Your workout settings will be remembered each time you launch the app but the generated workout will be different each time so you can switch it up and not get stuck in boring routine. Oh, and one last thing, Touch Me videos will NOT interrupt your music playing in other apps! Enjoy!
