The Con Edison Gas Piping Inspection app allows qualified licensed plumbers (those with Northeast Gas Association (“NGA”) Covered Task 86 operator qualification) in the New York City Con Edison gas service territory to electronically perform Corrosion and Leak Survey Inspections as mandated by the NYC Local Law 152. Using this app, you can easily: • Perform Corrosion & Leak Survey Inspections • Look up nearby addresses and find Building Identification Numbers (BIN). • Capture photos of corroded pipes or gas equipment • Review submitted inspections and generate Gas Piping System Periodic Inspection (GPS) reports.
