My AI Coach - Rocky

About

Talk it through. Practise it. Then do it for real. Rocky.ai is an AI coach that remembers you. Set a goal, think it through in conversation, rehearse the exchange you've been dreading, and get honest feedback on how you handled it — in a few minutes a day. Launched in 2019, Rocky.ai was one of the first conversational AI coaching apps, built on the science of positive psychology and solution-focused coaching. AI COACHING THAT ASKS, NOT TELLS Most AI gives you advice. An AI coach asks the question that makes you work it out yourself — and that's the difference between reading something useful and actually changing. Your AI coach sets a goal with you, remembers it, and follows up. Daily AI coaching for leadership, communication, confidence, critical thinking, decision making and stress. AI ROLEPLAY: PRACTISE THE CONVERSATION FIRST Rehearse a salary negotiation, feedback you've been putting off, a job interview, an angry client, a conversation at home you keep avoiding. In an AI roleplay your counterpart stays in character, pushes back, and reacts to what you actually say. Start from 40+ AI role play scenarios, or describe your own real situation and practise exactly that. Then it scores you. Every AI roleplay and coaching chat is assessed on clarity, empathy, listening, and whether you actually agreed a next step. Private, repeatable, and nobody watching. WHAT ELSE YOU GET - Interactive AI Courses — courses that talk back, with coaching chats, roleplays and quizzes inside the lessons. - Self-Assessments — short, science-based self-tests whose results carry straight into your next AI coaching conversation. - Progress & Development Plans — close the gap between where you are and where you want to be, with goal setting, accountability and follow-ups. - Voice & Talking Avatars — speak out loud and interrupt naturally, with an AI coach who looks and sounds local. - Memory & Follow-through — goals, nudges and check-ins, so what you committed to on Monday is still alive on Thursday. - Learning Library — curated material matched to your development plan. - Multilingual Community — spaces and groups where every post appears in your own language. 29 languages, right-to-left included. WHO IT'S FOR Leaders who want to get better at the conversations that decide everything. Salespeople who'd rather fail a pitch in private than in front of a buyer. People who want stronger relationships — at work and at home. Anyone preparing for an interview, a review, a difficult talk. And anyone who wants more success in life and is willing to practise for it. START FREE Daily AI coaching and reflection are free. Upgrade for AI roleplay practice, courses and assessments.
