With GPX Eport you can exports routes from workouts, that are taken from Apple's Health App, as GPX Files. GPX Files can be imported to all major fitness platforms like Strava, Komoot, runtastic, etc. They can also be imported to navigation hardware, or navigation apps. This app doesn't sync automatically with the fitness platform, to keep your privacy. It shares a gpx file, which many platforms can automatically import from share screen. If that's not possible you can still share the file to icloud, dropbox or other file sharing services and manually import the files.
