Where enabled by your organization, you can use your Movius business number as your WhatsApp identity, giving clients a consistent business number across calling, SMS, and WhatsApp. WhatsApp now supports: • Images and photos • Videos • Voice notes and audio • Documents and files • Contact cards • Location sharing • Delivery and read receipts Native WhatsApp Group Messaging Create and participate in governed WhatsApp group conversations with up to 8 external WhatsApp participants, where enabled by your organization. Group messaging supports participant management, notifications, messaging, and supported media and attachments. Improved Calling Calling has been enhanced across key everyday scenarios, including: • Hold, resume, swap, and merge • Bluetooth and wired headsets • CarPlay • GSM call interruptions and recovery Smarter Connectivity Advanced Wi-Fi helps maintain calling and messaging by automatically switching to cellular data when Wi-Fi connectivity becomes unstable or unavailable.
