New York Criminal Law provides fast, offline, searchable, and mobile access to the statutory text of laws describing the New York criminal justice system. The COMPLETE TEXTS of the Correction, Criminal Procedure, Penal, and Vehicle and Traffic laws are included in this release. In addition, an interactive SENTENCING GUIDE provides a fast, easy way to navigate New York's complicated sentencing laws. The statutory structures and texts in the app are sourced directly from the New York State Senate's Open Legislation public web service. The data is not updated automatically when the laws change (please see the Terms and Conditions of Use) but free updates may be released periodically to ensure accurate and reliable information.
