Self Affirmed: Affirmations

About

Hearing an affirmation is good. Hearing it in your own voice is different — your mind knows who's talking. Self Affirmed lets you record affirmations in your own voice, then weaves them into calming soundscapes for listening sessions you shape yourself. Speak it once, and let your own conviction do the work. RECORD, IN YOUR WORDS • Tap the mic and speak — your words appear on screen as you say them and become the recording's title, so your library is always easy to browse • Need a starting point? Explore over 100 affirmation ideas across 14 areas of life — confidence, gratitude, health, motivation, success, and more — and record any of them read-along style, straight from the list • Organize everything into categories you create and name yourself LISTEN, YOUR WAY • Eight soundscapes to carry your voice: Angelic Choir, Nature's Lullaby, Ethereal, Birds and Bells, Celtic Harp, Electric Dream, Meditation Zone, and Drone • Sessions ease you in with pure ambience — and an optional spoken relaxation wind-down — before your affirmations begin their gentle cycle • Choose a 12 to 30 minute session, or let it play until you end it • Mix your voice against the ambience, add a touch of reverb, or layer in a subtle binaural undertone (headphones recommended) • Control everything from the lock screen or your headphones — pause, resume, and see the current affirmation without opening the app BUILT AROUND YOUR DAY • A home screen widget keeps your affirmations in sight and in mind all day • Completed sessions can be logged to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes, so your practice becomes a habit you can see • Unplug your headphones and the session politely pauses; a phone call holds your place PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your recordings never leave your device — no account, no cloud, no tracking • Try it free with your first six recordings.
