Reply wherever you prefer, from the app or by email, and know the moment we answer: a push notification if the app is closed, a discreet alert if you are in it. You can also attach photos and files to explain your issue. If you are on a leasing, you can now pause or cancel it directly from the app, return instructions included. On the rides side, a new calendar lets you follow your activity over any period you choose. And maintenance mode can now be scheduled over several days, handy when your bike spends some time in the workshop. We also fixed several details: text that could get cut off, clearer file names for your invoices and ride exports, and other small adjustments based on your feedback.
