tiMED is only available for use by physicians who are affiliated with, and a party to a Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”) with, HCA. tiMED is a mobile time tracking application that allows physicians to log their time spent performing services under their PSA, replacing the current manual paper process. The app provides an easy to use interface for physicians to select specific duties from his/her professional services agreement with HCA, provide a brief description of the work that was performed and electronically submit the timesheet for proper approvals. This electronic process will reduce approval times and the time to payment under the terms of the PSA.

Comment text box on the timesheet entry box updated with new language : "Detailed description ( Please do not enter any PHI in your comment. If you are documenting time for an HBS contract, please include the start and end times for this service to avoid processing delays." This sentence in the new message will appear in red.
