About
About 1000 years ago, a gorgeous court culture flourished in Japan. It was an era when many beautiful and intelligent women played an important role. This time, I will touch on the story of the poem that begins with Oeyama sung by Koshikibu no Naish, the daughter of Izumi Shikibu, who died at a young age even though she was famous among Hyakunin Isshu (100 picture cards with poem) and was very popular among aristocrats. Not only books but also internet and videos have been featured a lot. So if you are interested in this young female poet Koshikibu no Naishi through this short story subtitle, you could touch the fun , elegance and techniques of Japanese famous songs in that era. And you may be able to come into contact with something in a completely new world.
