The mortgage rates available are FHA Fixed 30, VA Fixed 30, Conventional Fixed 30, Conventional Fixed 15, 7/1 ARM, 5/1 ARM, 30 Year Fixed (Jumbo), and 5/1 ARM (Jumbo).
