About
The Prime Number Checker is a fast, beautiful and handy app to determine if a certain number is a prime number. A prime number is a natural number greater than 1 that has no positive divisors other than 1 and itself. Prime numbers are used in many fields, including mathematics and cryptography. In cryptography, they are especially useful since big prime numbers are extremely hard to factorize. Thus, they are the core of many cryptographic algorithms.
