In the TeleClinic app, you can conveniently speak with (specialist) doctors from all over Germany via video from the comfort of your home. • Electronic prescriptions (e-prescription) Request your e-prescription in just a few clicks via TeleClinic. You'll receive your e-prescription directly in the app at the doctor's discretion. You can have your medication delivered to your home or pick it up at a local pharmacy. • Sick notes (digital certificate) For many illnesses, it's advisable to stay in bed and rest at home. That's why you can request a digital sick note during your online doctor appointment via video and receive it directly in the app at the doctor's discretion. • For all german health insurance providers The cost of your online doctor visit is covered by your german statutory health insurance.
